  • 2025 YTD Balance Sheet

  • Personal Financial Statement (template provided above)

  • All Financial Documents Provided by the Franchise

📈 Projections & Supporting Documents

  • 3-Year Financial Projections with 1st year broken down monthly (“Projections” template provided above)

  • Budget / Build-Out Cost Sheet (include your contribution if applicable)

  • Pro Forma (can be obtained from the franchisor)

  • Resume or a brief typed background outlining your relevant experience

  • Profit & Loss Statements + Balance Sheets:

  • Bank Statements: 1 month of both personal and business
