Trent Turner
VP, CAPITAL MARKETS
Trent G. Turner is Vice President of Capital Markets at Ace Commercial Capital, LLC, where he advises investors, developers, and business owners on commercial real estate financing nationwide. With a background in multifamily acquisitions, development sourcing, and real estate operations, he has helped advance development opportunities totaling more than 2,100 multifamily units across the Southeast. Trent holds a B.B.A. in Real Estate & Mortgage Financing from Mississippi State University and maintains the CCIM designation, Georgia Real Estate Broker’s License, CPM certification, and HCCP credential. He is also a licensed mortgage banker in TN, LA, VA, TX, AL, SC, GA, and FL.

Harrison Sangster
I’m a husband to an incredible woman, father of two fearless boys, and someone who feels most alive in the mountains. Whether we’re skiing Whiteface, mountain biking Adirondack trails, or hiking peaks with our wild dog, my family lives the North Country lifestyle fully — and we’re deeply rooted in this community.
Service has always been part of who I am. It began in the U.S. Navy aboard a fast-attack submarine, where discipline, accountability, and leadership weren’t optional — they were essential. That experience shaped how I approach every challenge: show up prepared, take responsibility, and work relentlessly toward the mission.
Professionally, I bring that same mindset to commercial lending and credit strategy. With 25 years in the financial industry and more than a decade in commercial banking leadership, I’ve worked across corporate banking, credit risk management, and loan origination — helping businesses, investors, and communities access the capital they need to grow.
Over the course of my career I have:
Managed and underwritten hundreds of millions in commercial credit exposure
Led credit teams responsible for $550M+ loan portfolios and broader enterprise portfolio oversight
Structured loans for business expansion, real estate development, and investment projects
Participated in credit committees, portfolio monitoring, and risk strategy development
Mentored lenders and analysts to strengthen credit culture and decision-making
Today, I work with business owners, real estate investors, and developers who need more than just financing — they need a strategic partner who understands how to structure deals, manage risk, and create long-term value.
